Individuals having completed a graduate degree in a counseling discipline may seek clinical supervision in order to complete their licensure requirements. Our clinical supervisors are all approved by a state licensing board (psychologists, professional counselors, and marriage and family therapists).
The Carole and Ronald Krist Samaritan Counseling Center trains participants to consolidate and refine their present theory while growing in experience. Participants gain the unique experience of understanding counseling through a faith perspective, and are trained to integrate theological insights into their work. Participants will sharpen their skills in the practice of different clinical modalities, including working with children, adults and families. Graduates have excellent clinical skills, can articulate their theory of care and are ready for licensure.
